Transitional Clubs
My transitional clubs have a common shape of clubs you would have seen in the late 1890's and going to the very early 1900's.
These clubs are designed to be used with a modern day low compression golf ball. I personally choose to have these clubs in my 1920's play set. They are fun to hit and have that old style look. The distance you can get with these clubs is very similar to the bulger design from that period.
Playing gutty golf is a lot of fun, but for those who want a game that is similar to today's golf but with hickory, I strongly recommend clubs and balls used post 1900's.
